1. Agreement
By placing an order with MaxZus you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot accept an order — for example if the photo you supplied cannot be used — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your country. We may correct obvious pricing errors before your order is confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
4. Custom-made goods — no right of return
Every item we sell is made to order from a photograph you supply, and is personalised to you. For this reason, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, and you do not have a right to cancel once production has started. This is consistent with the consumer right of withdrawal exception for goods made to the consumer’s specification.

5. Photos you send us
You confirm that you own the photograph you upload, or have permission from the owner to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of your photograph. You grant us permission to use it only to produce and fulfil your order.
6. Proofs and approval
We send a digital proof before printing. Nothing is produced until you approve it. Please check the proof carefully — once approved, the piece is produced as shown.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, artwork and designs are owned by MaxZus or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. See our Copyright & DMCA page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MaxZus is established. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
