About the artwork we sell
Every piece we sell is produced from a photograph supplied by the customer, with the customer’s confirmation that they own or may use that photograph. We do not sell AI-generated imagery as original artwork, and we do not describe printed reproductions as original paintings.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email support@maxzus.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we aim to act within 5 working days.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, contact us at the same address with your reasons.
