These are working-day estimates from the date your proof is approved. We ship worldwide from our production facility.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Any free-shipping threshold shown on the site applies to the order subtotal.
Import duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside our home country may attract import duties or taxes charged by your customs authority. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
If your item arrives damaged
- Email support@maxzus.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Attach photographs of the packaging and the damage.
- We will reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you in full.
You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
Returns
Because every item is custom-made from your photograph, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are not able to resell a personalised piece.
This does not apply where the item arrives damaged, or where it does not match the proof you approved. In those cases we will reprint it or refund you in full.
