MaxZus is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only — soles must be clean and unmarked.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn outdoors, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@maxzus.com with your order number.
  2. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving your RA number.
  4. Refund or exchange processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

PayPal Dispute Prevention

We encourage you to contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues amicably.
